Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the KYC verification requirements set out in clause 3.4. lucky33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. lucky33 reserves the right to impose additional verification steps on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are deemed unusual in the context of account activity.
You must not use the lucky33 Platform to process payments on behalf of any third party. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned, and the account may be subject to review and suspension.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on lucky33 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions specified at the time the offer is communicated. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the relevant offer terms) before they can be converted to withdrawable real funds.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system at lucky33 — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to artificially clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Real money funds deposited into your lucky33 account are always available for withdrawal at any time, subject to applicable wagering restrictions on real funds used to trigger a deposit bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. lucky33 tracks real money and bonus money balances separately within your account dashboard.

For sports betting, odds are displayed as decimal odds by default. lucky33 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time. PSL and international cricket markets are subject to BCCI, PCB, and ICC event integrity guidelines. Any bet that is found to be connected to match-fixing activity will be voided, and the relevant account will be permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities.

lucky33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lucky33 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lucky33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or events beyond lucky33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
lucky33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, lucky33 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky33 holds its international gaming licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised with lucky33, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
